Section 342.4 - Jurisdictional ModificationA jurisdictional modification involves the addition, deletion, or relocation of a basin or subbasin boundary that is not a scientific modification but promotes sustainable groundwater management and is one of the following:
(a) Internal boundary modification.(b) Basin consolidation, including county basin consolidation.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 23, § 342.4
