Section 337.66 - Final Penalty

The final penalty consists of the total base penalty, as defined in section 337.62, with any adjustments made pursuant to the adjustment factors set forth in section 337.64. The final penalty for each violation shall not exceed the statutory daily maximum per violation multiplied by the Period of Violation.
