Section 100135.02 - Immediately Available"Immediately available" means:
(a) Unencumbered by conflicting duties or responsibilities and (b) responding without delay upon receiving notification and either(c) being physically available to the specified area of the hospital when the patient is delivered in accordance with local EMS agency policies and procedures or(d) available by a direct incoming telephone system to the public and health professionals within the poison control center service area.Cal.
