Section 100105.06 - [Operative 1/1/2025] Discipline

"Discipline" means either a disciplinary plan taken by a relevant employer pursuant to Section 100105.05 of this Chapter or certification action taken by a medical director pursuant to Section 100105.08 of this Chapter, or both a disciplinary plan and certification action.
