EMS Provider Agency means an employer or organization with the oversight and administration of certified EMT-I, certified EMT-II, licensed paramedic, and public safety personnel for the delivery of emergency medical care to the sick and injured at the scene of an emergency, during transport, or during interfacility transfer.
