Section 86086 - Alterations to Existing Buildings(a) Prior to construction or alterations, all licensees shall notify the licensing agency of the proposed change.(b) The licensing agency shall have the authority to require that the licensee have a building inspection by a local building inspector if the agency suspects that a hazard to the participants' health and safety exists.Cal.
