Section 86031 - Issuance of License(a) Within 90 days of the date that a completed application, as defined in Section 86001(c)(10), has been received, the licensing agency shall give written notice to the applicant of one of the following: (1) The application has been approved.(2) The application has been denied. (A) The notice of denial shall include the information specified in Section 86040.(b) The licensing agency shall notify the applicant, in writing, of the issuance of the license.
