Section 85365.5 - Staff/Client Ratios for a Community Crisis Home Licensed as a Group Home(a) A Community Crisis Home that is licensed as a Group Home shall follow the staffing ratios pursuant to Section 84065.5. (1) A Community Crisis Home that is licensed as a Group Home that provides care for children under the age of six shall follow the staffing ratios pursuant to Section 84265.5.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 85365.5
