Section 85390 - Provisions for Emergency Intervention(a) A Community Crisis Home licensed as an Adult Residential Facility shall be subject to the California Code of Regulations Title 22, Chapter 6, Subchapter 1 unless otherwise specified.(b) A Community Crisis Home that is licensed as a Group Home shall be subject to the California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 5, Subchapter 3 unless otherwise specified.(c) If the Department determines that urgent action is necessary to protect a client residing in a Community Crisis Home from physical or mental abuse, abandonment, or any other substantial threat to their health and safety, the Department shall notify the Department of Developmental Services in accordance with Health and Safety Code section 1567.83.Cal.
