Section 84168.4 - Modifications to Needs and Services Plan(a) Section 84068.3 is not applicable to community treatment facilities.(b) The needs and services plan specified in Section 84168.3 shall be updated at least every 30 days to determine the following:(1) The child's need for continuing services.(2) The types and intensity of services provided to the child including the use of secure containment and the impact of these services upon treatment goals, changes in or continuation of treatment plan objectives.(3) The progress of the child toward their discharge goals.(c) The licensee shall ensure that the child and their admitting parent, conservator, or person authorized by the court to manage the placement are offered the opportunity to participate in the modification of the child's needs and services plan. (1) Modifications to the needs and services plan shall not be implemented until written approval is provided by the child's admitting parent, conservator, or person designated by the court to manage the placement.Cal.
