Section 84164.1 - Mental Health Program Director Qualifications and Duties(a) All community treatment facilities shall have a Mental Health Program Director that meets the qualifications and responsibilities as specified in Section 1920 of the California Code of Regulations, Title 9, Chapter 11.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 84164.1
