Section 84044 - Inspection Authority of the Department or Licensing Agency

(a) In addition to Section 80044, licensees providing care and supervision to six or fewer clients shall comply with the provision of Health and Safety Code Section 1522.4(a)(4).

(b) The licensing agency shall have the inspection authority specified in Health and Safety Code section 1538.9.
