Section 84030 - Provisional License (Group Home)(a) The provisions in the General Licensing Requirements, Sections 80030(a) through 80030(f) and 80031, shall not apply to group home licensees and applicants. The provisional license requirements in Sections 84030.1, 84031, 84031.1, and 84031.2 shall apply to all group home licensees and applicants.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 84030
