Section 82168 - Admission Agreements(a) In addition to Section 82068, the Admission Agreement shall include a list and short description of each of the emergency interventions the licensee may use. (1) The program's plan regarding the use of emergency interventions shall be reviewed with and approved by the client and his/her authorized representative, if any, prior to its implementation.(2) The licensee shall provide a copy of the Emergency Intervention Plan to the client and their authorized representative, if any, at admission.Cal.
