Section 82009 - Posting of License(a) In day programs with a licensed capacity of seven or more, the license shall be posted in a prominent publicly accessible location in the facility.(b) In day programs with a licensed capacity of six or fewer, the license shall be retained in the facility and be available for review upon request.Cal.
