Section 89942 - Revocation or Suspension of a LicenseIn addition to Sections 80042 and 84142, the following shall apply:
(a) The Department shall revoke the Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home's license when the Department of Developmental Services has decertified the Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home's Certificate of Program Approval, in accordance with Health and Safety Code section 1524(h) and 1567.67(a) and (b).Cal. 1. New article 4 (section 89942) and section filed 2-9-2017 as an emergency; operative 2-9-2017 (Register 2017, No. 6). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 8-8-2017 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
