Section 77099 - Patients' Rights(a) The governing body shall adopt and implement written policies regarding patients' rights to ensure compliance with Sections 5325, 5325.1, 5326, 5326.1, 5326.9, 5326.95 and 5520 through 5550 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.(b) A list of these patients' rights shall be posted in English and in the predominant language of the community, if other than English, in appropriate places within the psychiatric health facility so that such rights may be read by patients.Cal.
