Section 77041 - Issuance, Expiration and Renewal(a) Each initial license shall be issued in accordance with Section 1267, Health and Safety Code, and shall expire at midnight, one year from the date of issue.(b) Each renewal license shall be issued in accordance with Section 1267, Health and Safety Code.Cal.
