Section 74503 - Fee Schedule(a) A copy of the current schedule of fees in effect shall be posted at all times in a conspicuous place in the referral agency. The posted schedule of fees shall be in lettering or printing of a size not less than standard pica capitals. The effective date of the schedule and of each change therein shall appear on the posted copy.(b) No referral agency shall charge or collect any fee in excess of that listed in the posted schedule of fees.(c) No change in the schedule of fees shall become effective until seven (7) days after filing the changed schedule of fees with the Department and until posted for seven (7) days in a conspicuous place in the referral agency.Cal.
