Section 72415 - Occupational Therapy Service Unit-Policies and Procedures(a) Each occupational therapy service unit shall have written policies and procedures for the management of the occupational therapy service.(b) The policies and procedures shall be established and implemented by the patient care policy committee in consultation with an occupational therapist.Cal.
