Section 72409 - Physical Therapy Service Unit-Equipment(a) Equipment shall be sufficient to provide the physical therapy services offered. The equipment shall include but not be limited to: (3) Overhead pulley and weights.(4) Set of training stairs.(5) Treatment table enclosed by cubicle curtains for privacy.(6) Availability of wheelchairs, walkers, canes, crutches and other ambulation aids.Cal.
