Section 79709 - Laboratory Service-Equipment and Supplies(a) There shall be sufficient equipment and supplies maintained to perform the laboratory services being offered.(b) When the correctional treatment center maintains blood storage facilities, such facilities shall be in conformance with the provisions of Section 1002(g), Title 17, California Code of Regulations. Blood storage facilities shall be inspected by the correctional treatment center at least daily for compliance with these requirements.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 79709
