Section 78609 - Inspection Authority(a) Any duly authorized officer, employee or agent or representative of the Department may, upon proper identification: (1) Enter and inspect any adult day health center at any time, with or without advance notice.(2) Interview in private any participant receiving services or any employee.(3) Examine all records relating to the operation of the center.Cal.
