Section 69505 - Guidance Materials(a) Guidance Materials. Before finalizing the initial Priority Products list, the Department shall make available on its website guidance materials to assist persons in performing AAs under this article. The Department shall periodically revise and update the guidance materials.(b) Sample Alternatives Analyses. The Department shall also post on its website examples of AAs that are available in the public domain at no cost.
