Section 67100.14 - Trade Secrets(a) Any information submitted to the Department pursuant to this article may be claimed as confidential by the generator. Any such claim shall be asserted at the time of submission by placing the words "confidential business information" on each page containing such information. If no claim is made at the time of submission, the Department shall make the information available to the public without further notice. If a claim is asserted, the information shall be treated in accordance with 40 CFR part 2 and the Health and Safety Code, sections 25173 and 25244.23.(b) If a claim of confidentiality is asserted, two versions of the document shall be submitted: one version with the confidential pages and one version without the confidential pages but with a clear indication of which pages are removed as confidential.Cal.
