Section 66266.6 - Exclusions(a) The following materials are not regulated under this division: (1) a product for use in agriculture that was processed from a non-RCRA hazardous waste at a facility which is authorized by the Department pursuant to this division and which is licensed by the California Department of Food and Agriculture pursuant to Food and Agricultural Code sections 14551 or 15051, and that meets the requirements of that Department for such use;(2) surplus material as defined in section 66260.10.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 66266.6
