Section 60323 - Engineering Report(a) No person shall produce or supply recycled water for reuse from a water reclamation plant without a Department-approved engineering report.(b) The report shall be prepared by a qualified engineer licensed in California and experienced in the field of wastewater treatment, and shall contain a description of the design of the proposed reclamation system. The report shall clearly indicate the means for compliance with these regulations and any other featuresspecified by the regulatory agency.(c) The report shall contain a contingency plan which will assure that no untreated or inadequately-treated wastewater will be delivered to the use area.Cal.
