Section 64825 - Trade Secrets(a) If a laboratory identifies information provided to the Department as a trade secret, the Department shall not release such information unless: (1) the release is authorized under state or federal law; and(2) the Department has notified the laboratory of the impending release. Such notification shall be at least ten days prior to releasing any information identified as a trade secret, stating the name of the party requesting the information, the reason for the request, the authority to release this information, and the date the information will be released.Cal.
