Section 63850 - Fees
(a) All fees submitted to the State Water Board pursuant to this section are nonrefundable.
(b) Application fees for an examination are set forth below in Table 63850-A:

(d) Notwithstanding subdivision (c), the certification fees for those operators who are applying for, or hold, two or more valid, unexpired certifications issued by the State Water Board as a water treatment operator, distribution operator, or wastewater treatment plant operator are set forth below in Table 63850-C:

(e) A penalty fee of $50 shall be paid for renewals submitted or resubmitted after the renewal due date but at least 45 days prior to the expiration date. A penalty fee of $100 shall be paid for renewals submitted or resubmitted less than 45 days prior to the expiration date but within 1 year after the expiration date.
(f) A certificate replacement fee of $25 shall be paid by any certificate holder requesting to have a lost, stolen, or destroyed certificate replaced.

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 63850

1. New section filed 12-26-2000 as an emergency; operative 1-1-2001 (Register 2000, No. 52). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 5-1-2001 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. New section refiled 4-25-2001 as an emergency; operative 5-2-2001 (Register 2001, No. 17). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 8-30-2001 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Certificate of Compliance as to 4-25-2001 order transmitted to OAL 7-12-2001 and filed 8-13-2001 (Register 2001, No. 33).
4. Amendment of section and NOTE filed 11-16-2017 as a deemed emergency pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 106890(d)(2); operative 11-16-2017 (Register 2017, No. 46). Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 106890(d)(2), the adoption of this section shall remain in effect until revised by the State Water Resources Control Board.
