Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 63057

1. New section filed 3-23-99 as an emergency; operative 3-23-99 (Register 99, No. 13). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 7-21-99 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Certificate of Compliance as to 3-23-99 order transmitted to OAL 7-13-99 and filed 8-18-99 (Register 99, No. 34).
3. Amendment filed 8-6-2002; operative 9-5-2002 (Register 2002, No. 32).
4. Change without regulatory effect repealing section filed 12-1-2014 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2014, No. 49). On October 21, 2014 the State Water Resources Control Board adopted the DWSRF Policy Handbook. Pursuant to section 116760 of the Health and Safety Code, added by Stats. 2014, Ch. 35 (SB 861) effective June 20, 2014, Drinking Water State Revolving Fund regulations are repealed upon the adoption of the DWSRF Handbook.
