(b) The members of the MFBU shall be ineligible for Medi-Cal if the condition specified in (a) above is not met at some time during the month in which application is made.(c) If the property reserve has been in excess of the property limit from the first day of the month of application through the date of application the MFBU shall be eligible under the following conditions:(1) The property reserve is brought within the property limit in any manner other than transfer without adequate consideration by the last day of the month of application.(2) All other conditions of eligibility are met.(d) The provisions of this regulation also apply to eligibility determinations or redeterminations made retroactively to January 1, 1985.Cal.
