Section 50182 - Corrective Action on Denied Applications(a) A denial of an application shall be rescinded in either of the following situations: (1) A fair hearing decision orders such action.(2) The county department determines that the denial was in error.(b) Medi-Cal eligibility that results from corrective action taken on a denied application shall be approved based on the date of the application that was denied.Cal.
