Section 50107 - Civil Rights(a) The county department shall not discriminate against any applicant or beneficiary on the basis of race, color, creed, ethnic origin, sex, marital status, age, physical or mental handicap, national origin or political affiliation.(b) Persons who believe that they have been discriminated against may file a grievance with the Department in accordance with departmental procedures.Cal.
