Section 7638.13 - Nutrition Counseling Service for Participants(a) Nutrition counseling service is a nutrition service which may be provided when feasible and appropriate.(b) A nutrition services provider shall have written policies and procedures, which ensure that nutrition counseling is provided only by a registered dietitian.Cal.
