Section 100850 - Procurement Standards and Property Management(a) A contractor shall comply with the procurement and property management standards set forth in the Common Rule, sections .30 through .37, Changes, Property, and Subawards, as published in Volume 53, Number 48, Federal Register, March 11, 1988, which is hereby incorporated by reference and other applicable Federal laws or regulations which may augment or supersede these standards.(b) LIHEAP funds shall not be used for the purchase or improvement of land, construction, or permanent improvement of any building or other facility other than weatherization or energy- related minor home repairs for low-income households.Cal.
