Section 100775 - Revocation of Recognition and Designation by DEOThe Director of the Department may revoke the recognition and/or the designation of a community action agency which has failed to comply with the requirements of Government Code Section 12725 et seq. only after complying with the following conditions:
(a) The grantee's contract has been terminated pursuant to California Code of Regulations Section 100780;(b) The grantee has been provided a reasonable opportunity to comply with the requirements of this Article pursuant to California Code of Regulations Section 100601, and has failed to do such; and(c) The Department has obtained authority to terminate the contract from the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, if applicable, pursuant to Section 676 A of the Community Services Block Grant Act, ( 42 U.S.C. 9905A).Cal.
