Section 100755 - Partisan Political Activities(a) Neither the Community Services Block Grant Program nor the funds provided therefore, nor the personnel employed in the administration of the program shall in any way or to any extent engage in the conduct of political activities in contravention of Chapter 15 of Title 5, United States Code and in accordance with Section 675(e) of Public Law 97-35 (42 U.S. 9904(e)).(b) Neither the Community Services Block Grant Program nor the funds provided therefor, nor the personnel employed in the administration of the program, shall provide voters and prospective voters with transportation to the polls or provide similar assistance in connection with an election or any voter registration activity.Cal.
