Section 2708(d)-1(c) - Withholding of Benefit Payments During License Verification Suspense Period(c) During the 90-day suspense period, no action shall be taken on a claim and no benefits shall be paid until the supporting information or documentation listed in Section 2708(d) - 1(b) of these regulations is received.
