Section 7111 - Affirmative Loan Statement(b) In connection with its examination of a financial institution, the Commissioner of Financial Institutions shall assess the record of the financial institution in helping meet the financial assistance needs of its entire community, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods and geographic areas.(c) This section shall not apply to non-depository financial institutions.Cal.
