Section 1384 - Biodiesel and Renewable Diesel Production Data(a) The owner or operator of each biodiesel plant, defined as any industrial plant that processes biomass feedstock and produces more than 84,000 gallons of biodiesel during any month of the current or preceding calendar year and that is located in California, and each renewable diesel plant, defined as any industrial plant that processes feedstock and produces more than 84,000 gallons of renewable diesel during any month of the current or preceding calendar year and is located in California, shall file monthly reports containing all of the information specified in subdivision (b) below. Monthly reports are due no later than the 30th day following the end of the previous month.(b) Informational Requirements for Monthly Reports(1) California Biodiesel Plant Monthly Reports shall contain the following information: (A) All of the information specified on Form EIA-819 (OMB No. 1905-0165, Exp. 01/31/2023) published by the United States Department of Energy, which is incorporated by reference.(B) The type and amount of feedstock and/or California Air Resources Board Low Carbon Fuel Standard pathway used to produce biodiesel.(C) Volumes of biodiesel distributed in gallons, categorized by the level of distribution: direct sale, wholesale, or export outside of California.(2) California Renewable Diesel Plant Monthly Reports shall contain the following information: (A) All of the information specified on Form EIA-819 (OMB No. 1905-0165, Exp. 01/31/2023) published by the United States Department of Energy, which is incorporated by reference.(B) The type and amount of feedstock and/or California Air Resources Board Low Carbon Fuel Standard pathway used to produce renewable diesel.(C) Volumes of renewable diesel distributed in gallons, categorized by the level of distribution: direct sale, wholesale, or export outside of California.Cal.
