(a) Notice of a rulemaking proceeding shall be given in accordance with Government Code Section 11346.4.(b) At least fourteen (14) days prior to the first hearing in an informational proceeding ordered pursuant to Section 1222(b), the executive director shall cause notice of the hearing to be mailed to every person who requested such notice in writing, to every person requested to participate in such proceedings, and to any person who the executive director, in conjunction with the public adviser, determines to be concerned with the subject matter of the proceeding.(c) In addition to the requirements of subsections (a) and (b) of this section, notice of additional hearings shall be required at least ten (10) days prior to the commencement of such hearings.(d) Nothing in this section shall preclude the commission from publishing notice in such additional forms or media as the executive director, in conjunction with the public adviser, may prescribe.(e) A copy of the order adopted pursuant to Section 1222 of these regulations shall accompany the initial notice prepared and mailed pursuant to this section, unless a copy of the order has been previously mailed to those persons who would receive such notice.Cal.
