Section 4.5 - (Rule 4.5) Voluntary Dismissal of Complaint

Upon an unopposed motion for a dismissal of a complaint by the complainant or stipulation by all parties to the dismissal of a complaint, the Executive Director has authority to issue an order dismissing the complaint.
