Section 14.5 - (Rule 14.5) Comment on Draft or Alternate Draft Resolution

Any person may comment on a draft or alternate draft resolution by serving (but not filing) comments on the Commission within 20 days of the date of its mailing and publication on the Commission's website and in accordance with the instructions accompanying the notice.
