Section 11.3 - (Rule 11.3) Motion to Compel or Limit Discovery(a) A motion to compel or limit discovery is not eligible for resolution unless the parties to the dispute have previously met and conferred in a good faith effort to informally resolve the dispute. The motion shall state facts showing a good faith attempt at an informal resolution of the discovery dispute presented by the motion, and shall attach a proposed ruling that clearly indicates the relief requested.(b) Responses to motions to compel or limit discovery shall be filed and served within 10 days of the date that the motion was served.Cal.
