(a) This article provides minimum standards for the hazardous materials business plan. A hazardous materials business plan includes the following: (1) Hazardous material inventory in accordance with Section 5030.3-5030.8;(2) Emergency response plans and procedures in accordance with Section 5030.9; and(3) Training program information in accordance with Section 5030.10.Cal.
