Section 7002 - Members of the Board of Equalization(a) The provisions of Government Code Section 15626 are applicable to the Members of the State Board of Equalization and the State Controller.(b) For the purposes of Section 15626, if a deputy to the Controller sits at a meeting of the board and votes on behalf of the Controller, the deputy shall disclose contributions made to the Controller and shall disqualify himself or herself from voting pursuant to the requirements of the section.Cal.
