This subchapter shall apply to any facility subject to the Air Toxics "Hot Spots" Information and Assessment Act of 1987, Health & Safety Code sections 44300-44394. Subject facilities shall comply with the provisions of the "Emission Inventory Criteria and Guidelines Report" including its appendices, adopted by the Air Resources Board on May 30, 1996, and last amended August 18, 2021, which is incorporated by reference herein. The "Emission Inventory Criteria and Guidelines Report" including appendices is available upon request from the Air Resources Board's Public Information Office, 1001 "I" Street, Sacramento, California, 95814, telephone (916) 322-2990. The Air Resources Board may also be contacted via its Internet home page at: http://www.arb.ca.gov.
