(a) A party adversely affected by a final decision of the state board, may seek judicial review by filing a petition for a writ of mandate in accordance with section 1094.5 of the California Code of Civil Procedure. The right to petition shall not be affected by the failure to seek reconsideration before the agency. Such petition shall be filed within 30 days after the order or decision becomes final.(b) The state board may seek to enforce a final order or decision in superior court in accordance with applicable law.Cal.
