Section 95396 - Equivalent Local Rules(a) The requirements specified in sections 95383, 95384, 95385, 95386, 95387, 95388, and 95389 of this subarticle shall not be enforced within the geographical boundaries of any air district that adopts and enforces requirements that will achieve emission reductions from stationary refrigeration systems that are equivalent to or greater than those achieved pursuant to sections 95383, 95384, 95385, 95386, 95387, 95388, and 95389.(b) Subsection (a) shall not become effective unless the Executive officer issues an Executive Order containing written findings that the criteria of subsection (a) have been met. The Executive Order shall include such terms and conditions as are necessary to insure that these criteria continue to be met.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 17, § 95396
