Section 95379 - Severability

Each part of this subarticle shall be deemed severable, and in the event that any provision of this subarticle is held to be invalid, the remainder of this subarticle shall continue in full force and effect.

1. Renumbering of former section 95378 as new section 95379, including amendment of NOTE, filed 12-29-2021; operative 1-1-2022 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2021, No. 53). (Filing deadline specified in Government Code section 11349.3(a) extended 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-40-20.)
